my home town logatec is concrete jungle already and the forest, only 5 min from my home is already life threatened. Yet, several roe deer families have their life environment very close to the 'civilization'. it was already the twilight time on september 23RD, 2010 when i went for a walk and fortunately the deer were not afraid of me. the light was truly low but i tried to catch the peacefulness and tranquility of the animals. you can notice a lot of sand, remains of bulldozer work and un-natural surroundings at the site where deer's environs have been only few months ago.

i am sad.

we build more and more commercial centers and place the plastic statues of deer there so that our children can see how they look like while we run to buy goods for our life.
